About the practice

I built this practice for the version of me who needed it most.

Sincere Practice was created out of a quiet conviction: Asian women deserve therapy that doesn’t ask them to translate their experience, soften their stories, or explain their families.

For nearly a decade, I’ve worked with women navigating perfectionism, family expectation, intergenerational pain, and the deep tiredness of always holding it together. And I’ve walked alongside therapists building practices that honor both their clients and themselves.

Why Sincere Practice

A softer way to begin.

Culturally sensitive care

Your family, your language, your context — held without translation.

Compassionate approach

Gentle pacing. No performing wellness. Healing as you can hold it.

Personalized support

Sessions shaped to your story, not a template or modality.

A safe space

Confidential, affirming, and quietly empowering — every time.

Professional expertise

Licensed, trauma-trained, and deeply experienced in this work.

Trusted by peers

Therapists also turn to this practice for mentorship and grounding.
